We ship via UPS 2 Day Air within the United States free of charge.

Sales Tax 

 

We are required to charge sales tax for any order shipped within California at 8.25%.

Returns and Exchanges

 
We gladly take returns or exchanges for all items as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt.  We do require that you call

without pre-approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box by any traceable shipping service. Alexis Jewelry is not

responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refund does not include any shipping charges.

Repairs will be made free of charge for 3 months after purchase.
